Audit and Risk Management Committee
The Audit & Risk Management Committee (ARMC) is responsible for:
- helping promote the highest standards in the use of public funds and encouraging proper accountability for the use of funds and resources;
- promoting the development of SNH's arrangements for the attainment of its objectives and targets;
- promoting the development of SNH's arrangements for corporate governance, including risk management, and advising the Board as appropriate.
