ARMC meetings

• Four meetings are held each year. Other meetings may be held on an 'ad hoc' basis.
• The Accountable Officer, Principal Finance Officer and the Head of Internal Audit will normally attend meetings, along with other staff, as appropriate. Audit Scotland is normally invited to meetings, and has the opportunity at least once a year to meet the Committee in private.
• The ARMC presents a report to the SNH Board following each ARMC meeting.  The report includes reference to risk management, health and safety and any other matters relevant to the Committee's remit.
