Director of Corporate Services

Joe Moore

The Director of Corporate Services has responsibility as Programme Manager for Supporting Delivery which includes managing human resources, finance, information systems, offices and other property, our vehicle fleet, procurement and oversees.  He is Programme Director for the Land and Freshwater Programme. 

Joe oversees the work of the following Units:

  • Human Resources Services
  • Finance Services
  • Business Support Services
  • Information Systems

Joe's strategic responsibilities include: Servide Delivery, Information Management & Business Continuity, Asset Management, Carbon Management (Assets) and Sharing Good Practice.  He is Lead Director for the Audit & Risk Management and Health & Safety Committees.
