Our performance
We regularly monitor and report on our performance towards achieving the outcomes and targets contained in our Corporate Plan and Business Plan. Our performance is tracked through our business planning database system, which maintains a record of all the activities contained within our ten programmes of work (listed on the 'Planning our work' webpage).
Each management unit within SNH reports monthly on performance against these activities, and the relevant programme manager evaluates and reports on the overall performance of the programme. The SNH Management Team then reviews these monthly performance reports and considers if the organisation is on course to meet its outcomes and targets, or whether any remedial action is needed.
Every three months a more comprehensive report is prepared. As well as containing details of the performance of the programmes it also includes details of risks of not achieving programmes aims, the latest financial situation, whether the organisation is managing its budget appropriately, and performance against our customer care standards. This information is also reported to the SNH Board to inform them of the current performance of the organisation.
