Scottish Natural Heritage exists to conserve and enhance Scotland's natural heritage. We strive to help people to enjoy and understand it and encourage its sustainable use.

Our customers are the people of Scotland and anybody who visits, works in or takes an interest in our natural heritage. This includes public and private organisations and the government as well as individuals. We are committed to providing an efficient, effective, high-quality service to all our customers.
