LNRs - Places for People and Nature

An Education

LNRs are for the benefit of both local people and visitors alike. They provide an opportunity to experience nature at first hand, and to learn about it.

If you want to pick up a leaflet or find out if there is an education pack for your local nature reserve then use the search facility to find local contact details. However, for more technical information and help on how to produce a leaflet, create a sign or an information panel, or create an education pack for schools then see the SNH’s interpretation guidance.

If you still want to chat your ideas over with a real person then contact us. SNH's Communities and Greenspace Group hold most copies of the Local Nature Reserve Leaflets and Education Packs that are available and SNH have assisted in producing most of them.
