Grant Application Form

You can download a Word version of the grant application form which will allow you to fill in the form off-line on your computer. This file requires Microsoft Word 2000 or later to operate on your computer. The form requires 642Kb of free space on your computer.

Please note you will require a printer as signed copies are required for application processing. Your completed application form MUST be signed and POSTED to the appropriate office.

If your project relates to a particular site or area, you should send your application to your local SNH area office. If you are not sure whether this is the case, or if your project relates to Scotland as a whole or to more than one SNH area, you should send your application to:
